Owner, trainer and jockey raceday privileges at Callaghan Park
For Listed Owners
If you are a listed owner with a runner on the day please present your photo ID at the racecourse entry point to receive complimentary admission for you and your guest/s (see ‘Owners’ ticketing privileges’). You will then proceed to the raceday office to obtain Members Enclosure and Mounting Yard ticketing plus a complimentary racebook.
It is the responsibility of the Syndicate Manager to collect and allocate all tickets to syndicate members. Ticketing will not be issued to individual syndicate members.
Tickets are available from the RJC office prior to the raceday after the final fields have been released or at the raceday office on the day of the race.
Important information for owners
Members dress regulations are enforced within the Members Enclosure. Owners not complying with these standards will be refused entry into the Members Enclosure.
Transferring owner’s privileges
Owners who will not be in attendance on the raceday but would like to transfer their privileges onto a guest must email or fax a signed letter of authorisation stating the race number, horse name and the name of the guest who will be in attendance no later than 1pm on the business day before the raceday.
A copy of this email or fax will be left at the racecourse entry point and the raceday office.

Owners’ ticketing privileges
Sole owner: Owner named in racebook + 3 guests
2 + owners: Owner named in racebook + 1 guest each
Registered syndicate: Maximum of 20 tickets
Listed owners, trainers and jockeys receive 1 racebook
Syndicate members receive 1 racebook up to a maximum of 10.
Trainers with a runner on the raceday are entitled to two complimentary Members’ Enclosure tickets
Jockeys with a ride on the raceday are entitled to two complimentary Members’ Enclosure tickets.
