With 47 racedays conducted at Callaghan Park per year there are plenty of opportunities to use the Club’s fabulous facilities on non-racedays.
Callaghan Park is the perfect location for wedding, birthdays, conferences, trade shows – in fact any function or event. The Club has available a range of room and outdoor areas suitable for 20 to 5,000 guests. The racecourse is conveniently located near the CBD and there is ample free parking.
The Club engages the services of Hansen’s Catering whom enjoy a strong reputation for quality catering.
The Club would welcome the opportunity to develop a package to suit your needs and budget.

The Rockhampton Jockey Club is delighted to offer Central Queensland’s latest function centre – the Members’ Bar @ Callaghan Park Racecourse which is currently undergoing a $2M redevelopment and will be open in May 2012.

The hire fee for the Members’ Bar is $500 plus GST.

Note the Public Bar is also available for $250 plus GST.

The hire fee includes:

ü  Exclusive use of the Members’ Bar for your event. The area is fully air-conditioned.

ü  The Members’ Bar has a built in PA and you have the ability to play music or DVD’s through the Club’s internal audio and television systems.

ü  Room set up including furniture including round tables suitable for 10 guests per table and white linen table cloths.

ü  Cutlery, crockery & glassware

ü  Portable dance floor

ü  Easel board for guests arrival
