While the Rockhampton Jockey Club races 30 times a year, the Club is available 7 days a week and is ready to accommodate your event.

The Members Lounge
Cost: Booking Fee $1,100
Guests: 400 Seated, 550+ Standing
Overlooking the Mounting Yard and boasting spectacular views of the Berserker Ranges.
The Members at Callaghan Park is capable of seating up to 400 guests for an intimate function or comfortably 550+ guests standing. Ideal for Weddings, Birthday Parties, High Teas, Engagement Parties, Social Club Events, Wakes, School Formals, Corporate Lunches, Christmas Parties and Fundraising Event.
The Amateurs Lounge
Cost: Booking Fee $450
Guests: 250+ Seated
The Grandstand at Callaghan Park is a large spacious area capable of seating over 250 people.
With stunning views of the surrounding racetrack and Berserker Ranges, the Grand-stand is the perfect venue for functions such as Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Christmas Functions, Luncheons, Weddings and Corporate Events. The Grandstand is fully air-conditioned and has separate bar and catering facilities.
Track Side
Cost: Booking Fee $450
Guests: 300+ Seated
Enjoy the view of pristine green grass during the day and dance under the stars at night.
The Betting Ring
Cost: Booking Fee $450
Guests: 300 Seated
Perfect for large group bookings and capable of seating over 300 guests in alfresco style.
The Betting Ring is fully undercover and has ample space for bands and stages. The offer ground level views of the home straight and Berserker Ranges. Ideal venue for large work functions and Christmas Functions.
The Archer Pavilion
Cost: Booking Fee $300
Guests: Up to 50 standing
The Archer Pavilion is the perfect venue for smaller gatherings including weddings and cocktail parties and is located between The Betting Ring and Great Northern Bar.
The Archer Pavilion is ideal for casual BBQ style functions.
Great Northern Bar
Cost: Booking Fee $150
Ideal for smaller, more casual functions.
The Great Northern Bar has built in bench top tables as well as adequate space for sit down tables. This area has opportunities galore, complete with its own built in bar and catering area.
