The Rockhampton Jockey Club will proudly support BreastScreen Queensland on Saturday, 15 June at Callaghan Park to raise funds for much-needed equipment in Rockhampton.

RJC – Pink Ribbon Race Day’s inaugural event will support the fundraising for equipment, which includes gel warmers for ultrasound machines and fit-outs to BreastScreen Queensland, CQ’s new Breast Screen mobile bus.

All gate proceeds from the Saturday race day go to BreastScreen Queensland. Racegoers can get involved with the fundraising activities on the day with everyone who buys a pink ribbon pin, going into the draw for a $3,000 Argle Pink Diamond, courtesy of Rocky’s Phil Peel Jewellers.

The Pink Ribbon race day is shaping up to be a showstopper and the RJC will have something for everyone. As well as a fabulous race day, there are kid’s activities and family entertainment. And, the RJC also has organised a Pink Ribbon Day Luncheon to support the cause. For more details CLICK HERE
