Important Notice: Changes to Barrier Trials and Jumpouts

Trainers and jockeys please note:
BARRIER TRIAL & JUMPOUT DISTANCES
Due to the closure of the 970m chute, from WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 26TH 2025.
Callaghan Park Barrier Trials will be raced over 1000 metres.
Jumpouts will remain at 500 metres.
NEW BARRIER TRIAL & JUMPOUT NOMINATION CLOSING TIMES
Nominations will close at 9.00 AM the day prior to the trials and jumpouts.
JOCKEYS RIDING IN TRIALS
Please be advised that all horses are to be ridden in a clockwise direction to approach the 1000 metre start distance for the barrier trials.
