Racing returns to Callaghan Park Tuesday afternoon for seven races with the first race kicking off at 1.34pm.

A great afternoon of racing, entertainment and fashion was enjoyed by everyone who attended this year’s St Patrick’s Day Races last Saturday.

Congratulations to the team at the Catholic Education Department for once again hosting a delightful luncheon in the CQARC lounge.

The Irish dancers added some distinctly Irish flavour to the day and were certainly a hit with the patrons.

Congratulations to the Fashions on the Field enthusiasts who excelled again this year with so many of the ladies and gentleman on course sporting green in honour of the occasion.

2022 HYGAIN MITAVITE CAPRICORNIA YEARLING SALE CARNIVAL

This year is certainly shaping up to be our biggest ever CYS. With 120 lots to choose from there is certainly going to be a lot of interest generated by the sales on Sunday.

Of course, as in past years, the carnival action starts with two back to back race days on Friday 8 April and Saturday 9 April. Capped off by sale held at the Showgrounds on Sunday 10 April, the carnival is every race enthusiast’s dream.

The 2022 DLV Finance 2YO Classic Race Day on Saturday 9 April is one not to be missed with the Members Lounge open to RJC Members and Listed Owners on the day.

Limited tables are available to reserve prior to the day, however, be quick as they are sure to go quickly.

The CQARC lounge will be this year hosting the VODKA CRUISER Party. Tickets are on sale now with discounted tickets available to RJC Members and Listed Owners.

With fantastic views of the race track, why not enjoy all the fun and excitement the day has to offer from the newly renovated CQARC Lounge.
